...Are the events by age division or by person? There's 3 divisions, but 12 people. I'm going to assume it's by division, since you would fight the runners-up on the way up...right?
 
COUNTERTEAMING!! Jk, I'm going to use my currnt VGC 12 team (Since I still play on GBU, I still make them) and see how I do. I wonder if the IVs will be changed or anything?? This also makes me wonder if many people at TPCi/Game Freak know about RNG abuse.

They have to know about it I think. I don't see how they couldn't considering how long people have been doing it. I doubt they see it as a huge problem since not that many people do it out of the total number of games they sell. I might be wrong, but chances are they've heard about it.

Also, it's a cool idea to finally incorporate VGC straight into the game.

Yes. I hope this promotes VGC players rising in numbers. we need some more players. It is far less expensive than TCG so why not? I'm also anxiously waiting for VGC 13 rules also. I'm trying to get some friends into the game as well. Everyone join!
 
Not as expensive, but more difficult to be good at. It also is less fun imo :x
