Alt. Format ---

-1 Energy Retrieval
-1 Evolite
-2 Energy Search
-1 Pokemon Catcher
-1 Pignite

+2 Pluspower
+1 Rare Candy
+3 Junk Arm

Pluspower for Zoroark is going to be essential. Otherwise you can't OHKO the dragons, and leave yourself open to the outrage kill. This may also help if you're stuck using Audino against the dragons. Needing one less flip could be huge.

Candy and Junk Arm are a must I think. An extra Rare Candy will add to the consistency of the deck, and Junk Arm will let you reuse Catcher, Energy Retrieval, Rare Candy, and perhaps more importantly, Evolite and Defender.

I really doubt you need energy search. Unless you run two types of basic energy (and even then, it's not really worth it), you can easily run an energy in its place, having more to work with, and it can't be trainer locked. Energy Search has little point, and no point in this deck.

Love this deck! However, you should use pluspower or Special dark because Zoroark can't OHKO dragons, but they can OHKO him.

Special darks don't work with foul play as it has no base damage

Actually, to my knowledge, Special Darkness Energy does increase the damage by 10. The base damage of the copied attack becomes the base damage of Foul Play, so SDE would add additional damage. PlusPower is much the same way; it can only add damage to any present damage, and in this case the present damage is Blue Flare/Bolt Strike.

I'd agree there. My bad. It does fit better unless you add in 1 unown dark or something, but that's kinda pointless.
P.S. Once my opponent accdentally played black belt, then proceeded to eeeeeek for 0 damage. We were joking that "it did 40."

Special darks don't work with foul play as it has no base damage but pluspower would do it. Zoroark is only a rarely used backup though as audino can get like 5 energy T3 or T4 and will be hitting for a lot of damage. That pair with two Victinis out almost always does 120 or 160 damage per turn.

I see I didn't show my changes in my first post. I already have PlusPower in there. :p

You do know that you can only use one Victini per turn, right?

Oh does the once per turn mean only once even if you have 2 victinis on the bench? Like it's not once per card but once in all?

Once per turn is referring to using the Ability/Power one time for each of that Pokemon with the same Ability/Power you have in play. For example, look at Magnezone Prime. If you have one Magnezone Prime in play, you can only use a maximum of one Magnetic Draw. However, if you have two in play, you can use a maximum of two Magnetic Draws, and so on so forth.

However, in Victini's case, the Ability also says, "You can't use more than 1 Victory Star Ability each turn." This means that regardless of how many Victini with Victory Star you have in play, you can only use one Victory Star. Thus, you can only flip again once.

However, this doesn't mean that you should only run one Victini. In case your only Victini is prized or is Catchered, you still have another Victini just in case.

I think Energy Exchanger could be very useful in this deck at 2, as it would allow for one extra energy drop (turning a Fire energy into a Double Colorless.) I played it in SableLock last format and it usually allowed me to get the Garchomp C LV.X set-up t2.

I like this idea, and I think I will run it... As a quick idea, would
- 2-1-2 Emboar line

+ 2-1-2 Feraligatr prime line work better? You wouldn't have to discard energies if copying blue flare, and being water it adds somewhat of a counter to reshiboar/phlosion.

I just realized about an hour ago that feraligatr only attaches to water poemon, and felt like an idiot...Would be interested to see results against zpst and Donphan/Dragons.

Fan Dango Thats My deck :) but i want to play druddigon instead of emboar as its basic so i can put eviolite on it as a heavy hitter when the audinos die

In my opinion, you should drop de Zoroark and the Emboar line and fit in a 2-2 Ninetales and a 3-2 Electrode, you could get place for Twins, because you'll be lot's of times behind, hope i helped.

The Electrode is faster and it isn't "Catcher bait", and de Ninetales can get you to the awesome draw power that wins you the game.

Why would you take out Emboar? That's the only real way to spam Energy onto Audino quickly and consistently. Taking out what powers up your attacker for another attacker you don't need (and 60 damage for three Energy is not heavy) is not good.

I certainly see where you are going, but IMO Emboar >> Electrode since you have a consistent attaching source. Audino has only 90 HP, which means it's gonna die quickly. In order to recharge after that, you're gonna have to go with another Electrode, which means you're giving up another prize to setup another attacker.

Also, aside from RDL, Magnezone, Goth, and Water types, what can regularly one-shot an Emboar? Setup an Emboar or two, Switch out regularly, etc. Ninetales should help with that (which, bigbija, I recommend you run).

-2 Fisherman (A slow way of getting energy back.)
-1 Switch (Only one needed. The retreat here isn't that bad)
-1 Defender (For what?)

+1 PONT (For Consistency)
+1-1-1 Emboar (Just in case one is prized)

Feraligatr´s pokepower only lets you attach water energy to WATER pokemon, so it wouldnt help in this situation
