I sent on March 7th, 2011. I sent first thinking he would send at the same time. [My biggest mistake ever]
This Trader sent out on March 29th, 2011 and that should have been ample time for them to have received my end.
While PMing me he kept deleting the last half of my message. Kept saying he wasn't a ripper [Which is true...? He says he still hasn't gotten my cards after 29Days]
I finally got his end on April 6th, 2011 [29Days After our trade confirmation]
Begrudgingly I have to give him a positive rep because I still received.

I highly suggest against trading with 123wert50. After he bought a playmat from me, he decided that he would "send" $40 cash without delivery confirmation. I decided to send same time since I had traded with him previously and it was a partial trade on his side. About two weeks after he "sent" I contacted AnthonyG who made him send again with a money order and/or delivery confirmation. After this, he said that he sent but lost his receipt with the tracking number.
And then, AnthonyG forwarded me a PM from him where he said that he never sent. After I told him that I was filing mail fraud if I did not receive by 5/21, he decided to send. I got the money yesterday, so I can't give him a negative.

+1 - We had some problems initially, but the second time around he sent very quickly and well protected. Though the first time he said he sent though I never got my end (see above references), I have decided to forgive him and forgo giving him the negative reference as he redeemed himself the second time.
He sent me 3 DS Games and I didn't recieve them 2 Weeks later. He then said he had more copies of each of them and told me he would send them out again. I finally recieved today like a month later.
I still recieved the Games and it took awhile to get them. +1
