(2) BW33 + BW35, Evolved Starter Boxes [5/7]

I'd have to say that Magic the Gathering are increasing their prices of their intro packs to $14.99, and they now include 2 boosters.

Knowing that, the starter boxes better not cost more than $15.

I've found more merchandise in local card game eshop..

Seems there are two different versions, but I've found only these..

Found also Check Lane Blister with Lucario promo:

The three one is for Europe (And maybe elsewhere, I only know it's for here for sure), the two one is for America, which is why they've most likely dumped all the black star promos from both kinds, as they won't be available everywhere from now on. (The single + sample packs with the BS promos seem to be heading everywhere)

Of course that begs the question of why phase out of the promo cards in favour of set reprints when they're just going to make the generic reprints available everywhere in either form anyway.

I guess this what the TPCi member on Gym meant by "moving up the product line", but I really don't see how this benefits anyone. The old triple + new BS promo deal was far better, and now no-one gets it.

Yesterday our local eshop (the same one as before) added a photo of all new products they have on their Facebook page. The photo can be found here. Seems they have all three types of blister packs. And this photo confirmes that there are Krookodile or Luxray lines in two-packs and lone Krookodile or Luxray in three-packs. I'll try to investigate if Basic and Stage 1 cards have some foil treatment.. All Stage 2s have "broken glass" foil on them.
