Alright! Looks like we are in for a good set, Skyarrow Bridge and Gardevoir are probably going to see a lot of play. I like the Shiftry too, its Ability is very interesting, but I doubt it will see much play.

Gardevoir in the set means a lot of MewTwo EX decks will proliferate in the upcoming states and regionals in spring.

Looks like Twodevoir will see alot of action, Mewtwo EX with Zekrom EX and Reshiram EX should dominate for quite awhile due to this.

Gardevoir could also help Chandelure, allowing him to access his attack to Confuse, which could have some benefit against EX, for only 2 energy instead of 3, but i doubt Chandelure decks will be able to find room for another stage 2 pokemon

indeed, Reshi[EX]plosion, Zekrom[EX]eel, and MewTwo[EX] variants.

With ReshiramEX] and Zekrom[EX] able to one-shot Chandelure with their second attacks i believe we will see a decline of play of Chandelure.

although since Zekrom[EX] 2nd attack requires discarding 2 energy and Eelektrik only allows attachment to benched pokemon, Zekrom{EX] might be slower to reload.

Reshi[EX]Boar will be scary. Turn 2 Abiliboar loading up a Reshiram[EX], so scary!

I think Mewtwo EX was going to do that no matter what else was in the set. :)

Anyway, I really like Gardevoir. I want to find a fun deck to use it in that doesn't focus on Mewtwo (me and my roguishness...)

I already have plans to combine Gardevoir, Exeggutor and ND Darmanitan for a deck...not bad for a card that's a few weeks away from being released :). And it has nothing to do with Mewtwo ex either.

In any case,
"You can't apply more than 1 Psychic Mirage Ability at a time."

And thus the wording for non-stackable Body-like Abilities is revealed.

Skyarrow Bridge will be a solid addition to the decks relying on basic Pokemon, especially 6 corners.

Gardevoir will make Mewtwo crazy with its X-Ball attack.

Would ya look at that? Everyone said(including myself), that we wouldn't get exclusive FA's. I stand corrected. And they both look awesome :)

As a collector I am really not feeling this set, honestly.

I wonder what the other two blister promos will be... Riolu and Meowth, maybe? Hopefully the fact that there's three promos for the blisters with three booster packs means they won't bother with the super pointless single pack blisters that have a promo and "preview pack" that most stores don't even carry.

When I saw the picture of the three EX's, I first thought that they were three, un-holo, legal EX's in a blister pack of something. Then I read that news story

Now I'm depressed.

You know, I was originally mad when I heard that Reshiram and Zekrom were getting another FA version, but...
Not anymore. They're just too damn sexy!

Zekrom looks epic I'm not gonna lie. I'm just stoked to see these things in person because apparently they are using a different kind of material to print the EX FA's on?

Now if only that photo was a better quality. I can't tell what's going on in the Zekrom picture at all.

And now the two bland dragons have gotten another print. Just...why? Why must you make us suffer?

Yeah, they have special eching on them or something. Can't wait to see one in person!
