There have been a lot of printing errors like that lately.  They seemed to begin around the time EX: Deoxys was released.  I have several cards from just about each set from EX: Deoxys until now that exhibit one of the following problems:

- White splotches on a part of the card
- Lines going through the holo portion of the card; sometimes, the parts of the holo on each side of the line are different
- White marks on the card where the holo seems to have come off (mostly found in EX: DX)
- Card bends too easily

I hope they get their act together, because I'm tired of seeing cards like this.

POP sent the Deoxys cards to a different printer company than they usually use and was really disappointed with the poor quality. That's why the Deoxys cards are printed so badly.

I had a Deoxys gold foil Dusclop and the front peeled back like a sticker.

is a reverse holo the one you get in the 5th slot of the pack that is usually common or uncommon? because mostly in TRR and deoxys those cards come out of the pack OVERLY bent, but without a crease 0.o

Reverse holo is the card that has the set's foil (eg. a UFO reverse holo has the 3d Pokeballs as the foil).
