(2) New WiiWare Game, 20 'Advent of Arceus' Images and Translations [6/4-6/5]

Well, one thing I have to say about the Arceus cards is... Pretty much all of the artwork is amazing. (I still don't like the Fire/Grass Energy Lv.X's artwork.) I'm going to want two or more of each... *Drools* o_e

As for how good they are... What's with the ugly Lv.X needing a coin flip? That's lame... :(

I can't wait to see what the Ultimate Zone does... Hopefully it'll make them more awesome than they already are... D:

Also, one more Lv.X Arceus from this set, as well as the Grass, Psychic, and Fighting Arceus... I wonder what they'll do / look like.

Edit: The Japanese site's Advent of Arceus section makes a mention of the date 6/15 and Lv.X... So I guess that's when they'll reveal the new Lv.X.
 
I've been waiting for a Salamence Lv.X for a long time. But, I am disappointed with the set's artwork.
 
I had this strange inkling that Sally would get a level up. it isn't a terrible as some of the past ones have been yet it can't quite match up to its predecessors. (stares at the sheer awesomeness that was Salamence ex from DX) Anyway loving Tangrowth and Charizard (seriously could they have made them any more epic. With power of this magnitude we'll be sure to see old cards being revived to resurrect old decks. Next I want to see a broken Metagross or Metagross lv X that matches up to the old ones greatness.

@Pokémon Scramble. I hope it's not like a spray n' spray, Random button mashing. I wouldn't pay 1500 point for it. I'm glad they kept the Ranch 3D/Paper look.
 
The game looks awsome, sort of like SSB. I think tangrowth will work well with the shay decks. I LOVE the dark arceus ill., ill work it into an avi., and I may play it with Darkrai and Weavile. My dad and I have our own little pokemon card league with 18 decks and we play them through the baseball league (World serires too!). I want to make an Arceus deck for that, as it looks fun but weak.

Wow, this set sucks completely! ;/ Tangrowth Lv.X isn't what I expected as in it's terrible. The Arceus cards continue to become lame with the exception of Dark, Water, and Metal. Charizard is only slightly good. :F Salamence sucks, but the Lv.X is surprisingly broken, if you can manage to get an OHKO. And top it off with a terrible Gengar. Something that should've came out in SF. ;/

The game actually looks fun from what I see so far. Not worth 1500 points though. No game is worth that unless that game is amazingly awesome like World of Goo. It'll probably eventually come over here too. It reminds me of SSB. You have a Story mode where you go around killing enemies and bosses and then you have the massive battles. :F

No game is worth 15 dollars? ._.
And I would have gladly paid more for World of goo.
 
Not this game. Some games are more than worth their money. See SMG, SSBB, Platinum

I have a feeling this game is just going to rake in millions because it has a steep price tag that almost no WiiWare game should have. That's all. >__>

I can't wait for that Wiiware game. Been waiting for something like this to happen for AGES. I just hope it doesn't end up sucking...

What do you expect? They're trying to change the metagame, By undercutting the power. We've been used to 6o damage for 3 energy. Look at some of the ex:FRLG cards. Terrible right? The DPPt series is slowing down and coming to it's end.
 
Wow, the arceus cards are like epic fails. The Tangrowth X looks decent but the salamence X is what I want, similar to Cressy X, maybe they're hinting at something
 
Wow. Just...wow. Charizard is just awesome. A possible 80 for 1 or 130 for 3? Awesome!

As I expected, we get a Salamence Lv.X. Amazing Power, but Power Spray says hi. And what's with having an attack weaker than SF Salamence's attack? As for the regular Salamence, it looks like it's about to bonk something. Win.

Finally, a Gengar that doesn't kill stuff! The only decent thing is Snipe, but Gengar SF can do 20 more for 1 less energy. Phail.

I can see Raichu as a decent early-game spreader.

Tangrowth will be godly. With Shaymin Lv.X, Tangrowth Lv.X has 170 HP. Tangle Heal and Blissey can easily heal Tangrowth so Swallow Up will do 120 damage per turn. Let's not forget Sceptile, can we? But, as with nearly all grass decks, it will be a slow deck. Sadness.

The Arceus cards? Bleck.


Scramble looks very interesting. I just might get it.
 
Yes! I can't wait until this set.

Ever since they created Salamence, I've always made a deck around him it seems. The Lv.X is a card I can't wait to have!

This was my reaction when I saw the Charizard card. Thank god, they finally made a playable Charizard. I'm not a player, actually I only collect but I'm really happy that charizard get a good card. 140 HP, good body, and only 1 energy discarded instead of the tons of energy that previous charizard's cards had to discard. And Charmander is good basic (besides having cute artwork). When this set comes to America, I'll definitely buy a box just to get this charizard and I really hope to get it since sometimes booster boxes have the ability to frustrate me...

Most of the other cards are ok. Sallamence looks slow... Tangrowth lv. x could have a dealing damage attack... Sceptile and Gengar really sucks. As for the Arceus' cards, they're really disapointing, an epic fail like someone said... I guess these arceus's cards were made to little kids that think they're good just because it's arceus... oh well, I'll try to collect all of them anyway just because I like the artwork and the 1-arceus-card-for-every-type factor (and also because my objective is tryin' to collect all TCG cards).
 
I'm predicting a Charizard, Sceptile, or Gengar Lv. X.

Gengar's snipe is a nice balance of the SF Gengar's shadow room. In between 6 and 3.
 
The game looks pretty cool. It can get pretty hard at first but it looks like a fun game though. I wonder if we will get it. The cards look awesome. I wish I could get more cards but I can't because I have not been able to get more cards.:)
 
I <3 the Tangrowth. It combos with all 3 Tangrowths (GE, SF and AA). The AA Tangrowth also is a major hindrance to {W} decks, lowering their attacks by 40 (with Leaf Guard). Swallow Up is also amazing with cards like Crobat G and Cresselia LV.X.

Pichu has the cutest artwork ever. The attack is sort of a deck accelerator.

Charizard can be useful, but gets murdered by Palkia G :(

Salamence is all hype, like Flygon. :)

Gengar, Sceptile and Arceus are all lame :(
 
OMG Salameance LV.X! Though is aweful I am going to play it. It is really good since a free 70 can be really good. I believe it can be devastating. Also, I love the artwork for the Dark Type Arceus.
 
I hope that one guy who said something about changing the metagame is wrong.I kinda like the fast paced games of this metagame. I really hope the last four arceus cards are good so I can build Arceus,just like I built Rotom. Also Pokemon hasn't revealed that one card that is supposed to help arceus decks yet so these may turn out to be great cards......(if they have tell me what it does please)
