Ok so after my previous list which did ultimately fail, I decied to update 2 decklists so that they incorporate the new noble victories set.

1. Cinccino/ chandelure
This is an updated version of a deck I was very comfy with using. That deck was cinccino kingdra. I did alright with that deck in testing before I did the mad thing of making a new deck a few days before the battle roads. On to this version of the deck. For this version I thought as looking at the scans, chandelure looks very similar to kingra but with a better ability. The fact that it can put 3 damage counters on any pokemon is amazing and with cinccino it can one hit ko reshiram and zekrom. So I may as well get on with the list.

The list
4-4 cinccino
2-2 doridio
3-2-2 chandelure
1 cleffa

2 pokemon collector
3 pokemon catcher
4 professor juniper
2 professor oaks new theory
4 pokemon communication
2 rare candy
1 energy exchanger
1 interviewers questions
4 junk arm
2 dual ball
2 N
2 super scoop up
4 plus power
4 switch

4 DCE
3 psychic

The strategy
Set up as fast as possible and start hitting for large amounts of damage.

2. Cobalion vileplume
This secound deck is one I have not tried out in the version of the big ice bear. So for this deck I aim to copy off the other similar version but I aim to improve on it. This deck is slightly quicker than the other version I think hut having only seen decklists and never actually played it. So unlike my other deck this one will have a starter.. I may as well get on with the list

The list
4 skarmory
4 cobalion
2-2-2 vileplume
2-2 beartic

3 pokemon collector
2 professor juniper
3 professor oaks new theory
2 rare candy
2 dual ball
3 evolite
4 judge
3 interviewers questions
1 energy exchanger
2 professor elms training method
2 N

4 special metal
7 metal
4 water

The strategy
For this deck I aim to start off with skarmory and load it with special metal and an evolite before vileplume. Beartic is for reshiram and other fire types.

Please can People give me feedback on both decks and constuctive critism so that when noble victories comes out the decks can be made!!!!

With list one there is a problem as chandelure has to be active, so it would be the same as a 2 hit KO on a resh as it could not be done in the same turn and you would not be able to use a switch every turn

I get that it has to be active and I thought I counted for that with the doridio, switch and junk arm???
Do you think maxing out on junk arm would give me an easier time when it cane to that???

I'd add a little more junk arm for the first deck. Also, I'd add 1-1-0 chandelure. Reason? Catcher. I'd take out an energy exchanger and an I'Q's. With ample shuffle draw, you should be fine.
EDIT: Cleffa would be a good starter as well.

I was considering those changes and not long after I put the list on I did consider that but I didn't know what to take out.
At battle roads some of the best decks ran one or two I think as they never began with it. Cleffa is all right but I thought that it would slow down the deck too much as a starter.

Cleffa would actually speed the deck up. I don't understand how it would slow it down. It just gets rid of bad hands. Trust me, cleffa is a staple. If you're familiar with Jwitzz, he has a video here:

The person is running is similar deck (cinccino/kingdra) with the same idea. At one point he plays a cleffa and gets the perfect hand. Granted some of that is luck, it does a pretty good job showing the usefulness of cleffa.
EDIT: as I said before, you only need 0-1 energy exchanger and 1 IQ's is fine. Why are you running psychic and dark? {P} is not needed because you are only focusing on cincinno's attack and you have no {D} pokemon

The dark were in there when I had planned to have zoroark. I will edit the deck to fix these problems. What's wrong with the psychic energy, I put them in incase I need to pay a retreat cost as well as having to battle with it.
