Didn't get the chance to get permission (Still in the process, I asked LV to ask for me), but I went ahead and used it anyways and just give credit. I will take it down if it is still unacceptable.

I used that image long time ago. But you edited it well.:)
Use the Humanst521 BT on the Name, Name of Attacks, Hp etc. and use Humanst521 Cn BT on the descriptions.
Still it's a good card.
