2024 Illustration Contest Promos to Release in March!

In Japan, the winning artwork from 2024’s Illustration Contest will release as promo cards in March!
Pikachu, Feraligatr, and Toxtricity ex will be given out when purchasing a booster box of Heat Wave Arena starting March 24th. They will come together inside a special 3-card promo pack.
Presumably the promos will also release at the English Pokemon Center websites around the same time. For 2022’s contest promos, you had to apply for a code and use it on purchases of $30 or more.

yes, but usually they won't make exclusive promo cards very good competitively

I hope the Toxtricity ex is decent at least since Anderson wants Tox to have two moves, but if they opt it to have an ability I wouldn't complain.

What about them? This is not the first time the contest is held. They are just that - runner ups. No cards.
