Dear god, no. Dawn doesn't even begin to deserve Riolu.
 
Why is everyone so deadset on someone (Ash mainly) getting Riolu? I don't think Ash'd get one, he already has 6 pokemon on his team, and I hope he doesn't let any of them go.
 
Not everyone. I'm personally hoping that Riolu stays out of the possession of any of the main characters. The only person I'd be willing to accept having Riolu is Paul, but I doubt that'll happen. :(​
