(3) Victini Movie, Cheap Walgreens Packs, Herman Cain + Pokemon [12/5]

So, has anyone that went to see the Movie that didn't get their Pokemon Gift Bag and filled the form out for the Pokemon Gift Bag to be sent to them, received their Pokemon Gift Bag?

They're not released on DVD in the US yet.
