This may be a stupid question, but will NV packs all have PTCGO codes? I know that would be certain, but I just don't want to find out that TPCi decided to remove PTCGO codes from the packs.

Actually, it's 43,25% chance with FlipTini: 2 times 25%, minus 25%^2 for the possibility of flipping double heads both first and second try (because the re-flip is irrelevant in that situation)
