You we're displeased? As a player you should be happy, considering the next format will be DP-On and taking a wild leap into the future, the format after that will be DP5-on, considering the Eeveelutions are in DP5 they should be able to stay in for 3 formats rather than 2. Would you rather have Eevee now for 2 formats or Eevee in May for 3 formats

next seasons format is going to be pk-on , and it will be dp3-on and then dp-6[if there is one]-on

You aren't even sure on the second one, how can we trust you on the first?

I know!
Those formats do not seem likely. THEY WILL NOT KEEP THE LAST SET OF AN ERA IN A FORMAT!!! It will just go bye-bye like the other sets. Besides, you have no clue what the 2010-2011 season will be like umbreondude. Here's how many sets they've gotten rid of in recent years:

For 2007-08 Rotation: 5
For 2006-07 Rotation: 3
For 2005-06 Rotation: 4

It all averages up to four sets each year. Besides, each new year, they would make the oldest set of a format a year younger than the oldest set of the previous format. (Sorry if that didn't make sense, I just couldn't find a really clear what to put what I was trying to say in words.)

yes but they always take out 3 expect for this season cause of they only took out 2 two seasons ago

No offense, but I don't think you looked at this in the last post by shaymingiratina8717:

And what was said in that post makes perfect sense. Besides, why would they keep one set in that doesn't even fit the DP theme when DP cards are everywhere in every deck, now? Keeping in PK is like having one of the Base sets stay with the Ex sets. It just doesn't make any sense.

If they do end up in the tins, I will be furious. Particularly Leafeon Lv X. Alternate artwork is always nice, but it also makes "rare" cards become so common. Making rare and broken cards common is what ruined Yu-gi-oh. I don't want to see the same thing happen for Pokemon. The Sinnoh starter Lv Xs were one thing, since they were all a bit conditional, but Leafeon Lv X is pretty broken, and so is Garchomp Lv X to an extend. Glaceon Lv X is ok, I guess. I think, though, that Porygon-Z Lv X, Garchomp Lv X, and some other random Lv X will be the Spring tins.

Aside from the what kinda of Lv Xs the tins contain, I think that it's quite stupid how shortly after a set with those rare and sought after cards come out (after everyone has bought booster box after booster box with their savings), they just make those rare cards the easiest things ever to obtain, thus wasting many people's time and money that was spent on booster boxes to get the cards that they rightfully EARNED by saving up their money from paychecks. It destroys the card value and gives the idea that you don't have to work for the things you so desire, an additude that many Americans in the US have (that was not meant to offend anyone).

Ok, I'm done having another one of my rants. Feel free to shun me if you wish, but that was just my view on the tins.

Call me a jerk, but I'm taking a bit of morbid satisfaction in the humor that lies in all those decks people are making in hopes of the supposed GE Lv. X's pending release being wastes of time.

Wishful thinking can be funny.

Darkrai Lv.X
Cresselia Lv.X
Dialga Lv.X
Palkia Lv.X

those are the Lv.X's confirmed

I know. (Not saying that in a rude tone.) PUSA also said they would only have 4 Lv. X so that's all of the Lv. X for GE, unless they come out with a Secret Rare or two.

We do that so we can predict what decks to look out for in the future, and how to defeat those decks. Besides, for all we know, They might not even put Darkrai in the set. Until like a few days ago, we were just predicting what would be in the set based on the Japanese DP4 set. Who knew we'd get this junk that was suppose to be the "best set in a long time".

so there are eveelutions and darkrai and cresselia that we expect right and is this confirmed with 4. And thats so unfair that we are and willlllllllllllllllllllllllll be for all forever, behided japan.

cp sure we will stay behind japan ,and it bugs me too but the cards are made in japan and then trans to enquish and so we have to be behind of japan. so what we don't get now we will get later on , remember they may be taking these cards out for a filler set or just to edn dp series with a bang[like over 200 cards ,lol]

It's still counting your Togepi's before they hatch.

And since when has that hurt anyone? Besides, those kind of decks are bound to arise. After all, not absolutely everyone plays the game to just win. They play it for fun. Who is to say that they won't build such decks just out of pure fun?

Yeah, and like I also said, learn how to defeat those decks. Besides, who knew we'd be getting four Lv. X?

If I found we were going to get a set with over 200 cards, I would crack up for ten minutes. Although, it proably won't happen and something like what WPM said will probably happen.

Well, I guess I won't be using my laughing box.....lol.

How exactly can you build decks with cards that aren't even available? (Unless you live in or around Japan, or can read Japanese.)

With the 8 total possible Lv. X's, I'd have been shocked if they didn't cut at least four.
