4 More Years...

Sounds better than four years of Romney. Not quite sure what you're getting at here.

It's Obama's election to lose. And I'd rather have 4 more years of Obama, because then in 2016, we'd have two new candidates from both parties, and maybe by that time, the Republicans will have a big-name politician on their ticket.

There's a lot of anti-Obama sentiment in my area, so I don't see most people I know voting for him. I don't plan to vote for him, if I vote at all. I hate getting wrapped up in anything political.

>implying that this year's election will be a shoe-in for Obama, when it might not necessarily be

We still have, what, another 7 months to see how things will unfold, right? A lot can happen in 7 months and I still think it's WAY too early to make statements like that for sure.

I'm just glad Santorum's out, and that's all I will say on the subject. I will be voting this year, but mostly in local elections.

^this

nothing else to do here. too early to tell what's gonna happen, how about we just revisit the topic a few weeks before election or something.

No, it's Romney's election to lose because he can't get the majority of female and hispanic people to vote for him, plus he's Gordon Gekko from the movie Wall Street and Donald Trump is the same way too. The GOP gave up the race a long time ago without putting up a fight, they knew this election mattered to the country but they went ahead and bowed down to Obama anyway.

This is the result of what happens when Facebook took over the Electoral College 4 years ago to get Obama elected. If it wasn't for Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook, Obama wouldn't be in office right now infact this is part of the reason why he's known as the Nation's first Social Media President.

What I see in Obama's 2nd term? No major fix in the U.S. Economy, the Obama Administration keeps outsourcing American jobs over to other countries like China, gas will most likely be around $4-5 a gallon as the National Average depending on how the situation in the Middle East turns out.

Government will keep getting so big that it might turn our country into a fascist socialist regime or as Chris Christie put it a "paternalistic entitlement society" where the American Dream is nothing more than just a dream. We are already a nation of "couch potatoes". The Unemployment Rate in the U.S. is 8.2% that's still better than it was 3 years ago but not enough since the country is still being held back by the Euro Zone Debt Crisis in Europe.

Oh? Do explain why they decided to just let a Democrat take the presidency.

It's not that they decided to let a Democrat take a 2nd term but because they had no choice in the matter considering how the Democrats have full majority of both branches of Congress, and how much power Obama has in the 2012 Election as he's probably pulling the same trick that Vladamir Putin used to get himself re-elected as Russian Prime Minister. Politicians are always like this, they lie to get themselves elected and think second of the people they govern.

Obama has so much power now that he's literally forcing the U.S. Supreme Court against their will not to overturn Obamacare. Yet it's been a long while since SCOTUS overturned any bill passed into law from my knowledge that is deemed unconstitutional. SCOTUS also passed a bill into law recently saying that anyone who commits a minor crime can get strip searched twice, and I'm not making this up. It was a 5-4 vote apparently...

Roger Taney said it best, "To the victors go the spoils". And included in the "spoils" is the power that can come with the Presidency and the other positions in the Cabinet.

Democrats have full majority of both branches of Congress- whaaaaaaa? Just a wiki search proves you wrong. Second, Putin rigs the election. You want to accuse Obama of that trick? Seriously?

Obama will definatley win (if people have common sence or a legit reason), even though I live in Aus and am only 12 I follow politics so I have an opinion, not for US though, still Barack Obama. We choose him.

Going to lock this because it's getting out of hand.

Also, like Deus: Nightmare Autarch said, its way too early to make claims like this.

*lock*
