To 14 long years of Pokemon Captures, Trades, Cards, and more. And to even greater years to come.

I didn't want to diss it that directly. 
Wow, 14 years already? Gosh, this makes me wish I could remember the days of when Pokemon first came out....oddly, I wasn't into Pokemon then. I got into it in its "dead" era during RSE lol.
This reminds of when my brother used to be Pokemon plushies at the store, and when you used to get a promo card when Pokemon was actually in theaters. It's changed a lot in the past 14 years....and now all this reminiscing makes me want to go get a copy of RBY just to see and remember what it would have been like then.
Nonetheless, Happy Birthday, Pokemon, and may you remain around for a while to come.
If your birth-date on your profile is correct, you would have been born 8 days after it came out. ;p The anime released on September 8th, 1998. You would be older than Red/Blue by two weeks, though.

Is there any mention of when any of these downloads are coming to england, i know game stops european but there exactly 'none' in the uk, unlees i get a flight to southern ireland, which would be abit much for a near instant download an a few seconds of Woo got it now
in japan AND usa, pokemon is still older then me! (by 6 months in usa) ahhh, i remember the good old days when i first found out about pokemon (i was 4 and my bro showed me blue version (i had the best sandslash EVER!))

I remember getting into the series thanks to a friend back in the 5th grade and was hooked ever since (20 now). With Pokemon being Nintendo's 2nd best selling franchise (my personal favorite) it is here to stay for the long haul. Happy Birthday, Pokemon!
