Tis very odd because I just checked my blanks and they aren't. Maybe its due to how its saved, or the program your using maybe?
Your Rotom card, if you don't mind me telling you so, is a massive improvement from the first batch of cards you've done. Try and remember the capital "C" in "Confused" for future cards made, as all Special Conditions (Asleep, Burned, Confused, Paralyzed, and Poisoned) all begin with a capital letter. Otherwise, Fan Rotom looks very realistic indeed.
Yep, definitely your best fake yet. Like Kangaflora pointed out, other than "confused" not being capitalized, it looks nearly perfect. It's kind'a hard to read the specs bar (I'm still not sure exactly what it's called), but I'm assuming you were going for an embossed effect. Nice card, though!
