Or will it be like a prime/legend sort of thing, where they are both ultra rare but legends are a lot harder to get? And will Reshiram/Zekrom EX get full arts?

It almost has to be like that, where you get 5-6 EX and then 2-3 of the FA versions per box. Which doesn't sound appealing to me at all (as I hate oversaturation of super rare cards) so I hope it's not even more ridiculous than that.

The set name is lulzy to me, also.

how could a high count like that not be a good thing? makes players more inclined to buy boxes, and easier for collectors to get the Full Arts? TPCi will produce the same amount of cards, and with players buying more cards, sure there will be less sealed boxes to hoarde, but that also means more less than mint cards out there, making the collector's mint cards rare still. I think everybody wins this way.

Musketter trio in a movie? Woow, that sounds exciting!! I just hope that there will be some decent action (not a classical, Virizion VS Terrakion VS Cobalion), and here comes a little one, sings and yay let's live happily ever after.

Really hope for the oversaturation like in the HGSS, will make buying a box fun since I plan to buy my first box next year.

My prediction is that since Psycho drive / Hail blizzard were actually 2 (sub) sets and each had 3 EXs, Dark Rush will probably have 3 too, 4 at maximum... Then, to balance the number of EXs between sets, I think they will either leave the Ex's from PD/HB intact and Reshiram/Zekrom will go for the next set, or, they will put Reshiram and Zekrom in Next Destinies to go with Kyurem and delay 2 of the other EX's... Maybe Shaymin and Regigigas (Sinnoh Pokémon that could be joined with Darkrai EX from Dark Rush) or Kyogre & Groudon (the Hoenn covers, plus I'm betting Dragon Selection will have a new-dragon-type Rayquaza EX)...

The new EXs aren't even supposed to be SRs.

They're just marked as R in HB/PD.

Oh, I'm excited about the movie, hopefully the musketeer trio is in it for sure. Ahh Cobalion and Virizion merchandise. <333 Can't wait.

Well, what Japan has done is irrelevant to what other countries will do, frankly. Non-holo rares don't even exist in Japanese sets anymore, for example, so a lot of their "uncommon" cards are bumped up in western sets. It's a totally different market since they're trying to get more kids to buy packs, so they lowered the prices and changed the ratios of the rarities of everything. Packs aren't even guaranteed to have rare cards in Japan right now.

I meant oversaturation in the sense that I don't need twelve different super rare cards in a single set. It's cool when there's like 2-3 per set because that's manageable, but anything more is expensive and basically overkill to me, and doesn't make it easier for collectors to get FAs when you get two per box and they'll be having like eight of them per set soon.

'Next Destinies' is a pretty cool name for a set. I can't wait for the EXs and pictures of the pack-art.

Kyurem (regular) deserves a full art a bit more than Reshiram/Zekrom EX do, at least in my opinion. Landorus got his in Japan recently, but the normal Kyurem doesn't have one yet.

That might be because of Kyurem EX, but still...

True, true, but it'd be kinda weird to the English people who don't pay any attention to Japanese stuff if 6 EXs had Full-Art cards and 2 of them didn't.

While I agree that all the EXs should have their FA versions represented in the next set, whichever EXs are released anyway, I don't really think your argument is a valid point in that matter. After all, the FAs we've had so far have been reprints of holos, and not all holos got FA prints either. And you can't even say that all the Legendary holos had FA prints, because the Musketeer Trio didn't get that treatment in EP, and Kyurem and Landorus didn't get FAs yet at all either. So, by that logic, there should be no English-released preconceived notion that all EXs should get FA treatment either.

I just finished watching Victini and Zekrom (Japanese) on Youtube, and it was great! I want to see if M15 can beat it, or if M14 remains the best. Cobalion is awesome, so I can't wait to see how this turns out!

I hope we get Dragon types with Next Destinies. They've done it before where we get cards here before Japan, and if they wanted to make a few dragons here before we would normally get them I'd be all right with that. There's no better time to introduce your new wrinkles than with the first set of the block.

Pokemon EX and dragon types are going to be silly. 2012 will be a LOT of fun ^_^ !

I don't think we will get the dragons in Next Destinies, Nintendo isn't that nice. :).

Seriously though. Dragon type is going to be frisking awesome. I really hope they will make them playable, so I can make a dragon deck and actually win games.

Good point.

Wow not too much news this time like the other day where we had 9 posts of news. Anyway. The card looks pretty cool. Why would they use specific holofoil paper for the card? Why not use the normal type paper that is used for the unlimited sets? It does not make sense to use a certain type for a promo. Sure it is for an event but special paper for it? Come on you would think they would save some trees when making the card let alone the money too. If you add it up it costs a lot just for that 1 card XD.:(
