Yes I could get a charmander. and yes i could give it pokerus. i would have to get a level 100 charizard and a level 50 ditto to make. That is really hard. And I have to hatch it and give it pokerus. Ok that is fair enough but you would have to wait until tomorrow for me to get it for you. I will only get it for you if you reserve the dratini for me.

I think the charmander would be fine and if you have a male dratini and give it tm stone edge to hold maybe we could work out a legendary.
