What program are you using ,if it is gimp try downloading some brush's and have a brush around...

It's not so great. The cut out is messed up and it's just bland, the background isn't worth looking at. Nice first attempt though!

Oh..... I got the cut out in a shop.....

True, but i was using freakin' Paint, and my Paint has issues.
