a BUDGET! top deck

uxie lv x is a staple in pretty much EVERY deck if you want to win. they're going for 80-90 each by themselves..Arceus is pretty bad..I've never seen it work well and every Arceus deck I've faced I pwned with either jumpluff last season or luxchomp this season. also machamp makes you autolose if you face it. I'd say go Vilegar..the most expensive thing is gengar x and thats only 20ish (if you dont play uxie x)
 
I don't feel Uxie lv.x is required to do well or win. I don't even run Uxie in Charizard and the deck works very well. Its lost only to Kingdra and then one other game I played out of over 30 games due to not getting a single Bebe's, Communcation, evolved Pokemon, or Engineer's Adjustment. Even if I had Uxie LV.X, I wouldn't run it in certain decks just because I don't feel it is needed as much as some other cards. I feel Slowking HGSS is actually a better card in some situations. Controlling what the opponent draws can really be a life saver at the right time.
 
^I've pulled about five Jumpluff and traded easily for three. I could make two Jumpluff decks, lol. The only thing expensive would be running Uxie Lv. X, or you could just run Slowking Prime for draw power.
