I did consider what voting rights artists should have, but decided to simplify everything and just make it a three-way vote for absolutely everyone. It's not something I'm overly too concerned about, but if for whatever reason it actually becomes an issue I'll review it.

(This post is basically a bump)
 
The only way it could be an unfair advantage is if someone couldn't access voting during the time, and even then, it's one vote. (rebump)
 
My top vote goes to Bearate. It's actually a very solid (yet apparently underated :( )design-- Simple, but with just the right amount of detail to be interesting yet not overwhelming. I'm not a fan of accessories on Pokemon, but the belt and arm bands work fine here.
