A Good Pyroar BREAK Deck (Expanded)

I do not know of any particular Pyroar BREAK deck build, but you might want to consider using 4 Talonflame which could be a great starter since you'll need a few turns to setup.

Keep in mind that you may want a starting Pokémon other than the Basic of your main attacker (Litleo) and/or supporter (Remoraid), both of which have "low" HP. Should you keep these, consider incorporating a Teammates.
By the way, have you considered Volcanion as a possible starter?
If running Octillery, you may want to also consider running more opponent's hand disruption cards cards like Delinquent and Judge.
Although you're running a 2-2 Octillery line, you've listed only 3 N for additional card-draw support. Why not a few Professor Sycamore (2-3) for more consistent card-draw support which you'll need to get setup?
3 Lysandre seem excessive; considering replacing 1 with another VS Seeker.
Keep in mind that in the Expanded game format, it will not be difficult for an opponent to remove your attached Tools; so, consider if those should be replaced by more helpful cards.

Just wanted to say I second this notion. I've been playing around with Talonflame (Steam Siege 96) in a few decks and it's a pretty ruthless starter at times. Probably worth a shot to see if it fits your playstyle.
I think this needs +1 Cube of Protection, as there IS Megaphone and Xersic in Expanded. You also need a Pokémon Ranger to deal with Glaceon-EX, also NEEDS Battle Compressor and Vs Seeker for fast setup.
