A Legend Phenomenon...

Definitely not rigged. A friend of mine bought 4 theme decks for his Nieces and cousins to start playing Pokemon.

I got the Umbreon theme deck and pulled Umbreon Prime. I'm kind've thinking they're rigged. xD
 
^Theme decks even have good Trainers and Supporters now, too. I agree if you need a good card *cough* Machamp Prime *cough* buy a Triumphant theme deck. Or Undaunted, whatever Trainers and Supporters you want most.
 
I was about to say that you had no idea what you were talking about until I remembered I pulled the bottom half of KGL in my only theme deck pack...
