Pokemon A Little Something Explaining Pokemon

I have decided to add to this theory.

However, another thing to note about this reality is that as realistic Ash attempts to create his world, his innocence prevents from experience anything traumatic. It is stated by the Pokedex that some wild Pokemon prey upon or evade others, yet the event is not experienced by Ash whatsoever. It must be clear that Ash avoids any graphic or bloody images to keep himself exposed to it. Likewise, the moment he experienced guns in an "episode" of his life, the weapons immediately disappeared from the rest of his adventure.

This theory does make a lot of sense when you think about it.

Maybe add in something about the Unown movie, it seems like you could make some connection.
Here's something I came up with:
The events in the third movie represent a small part of Ash's mind realizing that it has created his world, so it creates an event that represents a possible future if his imaginary world somehow goes out of control.

Not as deep as the real thing, but it's a start.

Not to mention how Pikachu is constantly beaten down by "challenging" Pokemon when it should be at least Level 70-80 by now ._.

Yeah, it beat a REGICE in battle fronteir and lost to MAGIKCARP in dp. Something's just not right....

Yeah, and I cannot fathom why Ash does not get older during the entire anime. That's another weird point of Ash's life. I'd hope Ash would notice that by now because all that changed with his appearence since the start of the anime was his voice and the designs on his clothing... :p

This is very well thought out. The theory fits right in with everything that has happened.

This is a good theory, but I don't think nintendo made it this way.

You never know. Maybe that is how Pokemon could end it if something happens. But what I don't understand, how can they be on a World where there may be many regions but don't come in contact with each other after each year. How did Ash and Pikachu see Ho-Oh if it wasn't invented the year later. Why didn't it just be one of the Legendary Pokemon of Kanto?

And when Ash and crew, when Tracy was still with them and he was trying to get a photo of an Articuno. They said that there used to be many Articuno, I thought Pokemon don't die?!?

Just weird...

Well, remember Destiny Deoxys? Remember the whole part of the Pokemon not being able to return to their pokeballs? Does this mean that those towers act as cell phone towers, providing service to cell phones (pokeballs)? Remember that Pokemon convert to a strange, red beam of light when being transferred to their pokeballs? So what does this mean? How is it possible to convert something into a beam of a light by hitting them with a sphere, or clicking the button on the sphere (pokeball)? What does this make Pokemon, really? Are they living creatures, even? This must be way into the future; when it is actually possible for something living to be converted into a beam of red energy that easily, and then stored in an orb shaped container that is smaller than the living thing being stored. I know Pokemon is already un-realistic by just being Pokemon, but I mean, come on? I can go on and on about how there is so much confusion about how the Pokeball works, and what Pokemon really are in Pokemon Universe, but I will end by saying:

Yes and no to reply to your statement/question; Lavender Town reminds us that they do die indeed, but then again, what about the "cellphone towers" in Destiny Deoxys that provided service for pokeballs to function (retreat and send out pokes). Wouldn't this mean that Pokemon are "part" of the cellphone (pokeball), which is electronic? Argh, this is confusing. *Sigh*

This is Nintendo we're talking about. They won't do anything like that unless they want to stop making money (because almost all anime fans are 8 year olds).

This is what happens when you mix pokemon with psychology. :p

Though this is a very intriguing theory.

It would be the supreme twist of all anime if pokemon ended like this, but I think the brains of little kids might get fried.

I really don't like this theory, but it DOES cover everything...

Umm... for some reason, it also reminds me of this song's chorus... Or maybe it's just me...

Anyways, I've seen this theory copied and pasted everywhere... Who in the world made this theory? probably someone who hates the anime...

I really don't want people to begin believing such stuff. I guess the author was once a pokemon fan and later went on to study psychology. He must have picked up Pokemon later on and applied his true love (psychology) to what he once loved. However we all are fortunate to have loyal fans of the franchise to rebuke this stuff that might actually really kill off Pokemon. Here's is what is wrong with this theory:
1) Ash doesn’t change at all because the anime is showing the events in a timeline that is very short. It’s like one episode represents one day and the next episode the next day. At max, Ash should have been 12 years old by the time of the third movie, That was around 150 episodes, after that the next 350 episodes were 350 days. So Ash is nearly 13 years old.
2) You just have to accept the fact that all the nurses and officers are alike. You never know, they might be all clones!
3) The Orange Islands are a little backwater league that hardly make contact with the mainland. The Battle Frontier in Kanto is a brand new tournament in which trainers have to be called to. Unlike the League tournaments which all trainers aspire to and are televised world wide, the Battle Frontier is a closed club. (Hardly any spectators). Paul probably didn’t hear the Orange and Battle frontier conquests and he would probably be looking at the Top Four position holders (the semi-finalists and the finalists) to be bothered about Ash’s lowly 8th and 16th positions in the Leagues.
4) If Ash was dreaming it all up, shouldn’t he have won the Indigo League for the first time? What is the psychological reasons to lose when you really want to win? “I want to be Pokemon Master!” proves this theory completely false.
5) Ash knew very little about Pokemon when he became a trainer (seeing how dumb he was in the beginning). He hardly knew any proper Pokemon species. So how could he have actually created all 493 pokemon without ever seeing any of them?
6) Get it through your head! Giovanni is not Ash’s Dad! He is at least another roaming Pokemon trainer. Giovanni would not be so careless with his own offspring heck Ash’s name ends in Ketchum! Imagine the name "Giovanni Ketchum"!!! (shudder) Besides Ash’s mom is fond of her husband to mention him to Ash as a role model for him to follow in episode 2!
7) If you have been a fan as long as I have, you can see some truth in the theory that Pokemon might only exist in Japan and the surrounding islands while the rest of the planet has to import them from Japan like in Orre. So if Japan imports some animals from the rest of the world and they are seen in the episodes, what’s so wrong with that?

Anyway, this stuff is creepy. When I saw Ash getting blasted to stone in Movie 1 I went "OH YEAH!!!" But after reading this and the rest of it on this now locked thread

I really felt my innards being ripped out! Ash about to die...sad stuff. At least he would have a happy end- no... a beginning. Imagine if the restart series would become the greatest anime series of all time:D
