So on cards where it says
"Search your deck for a trainer card"
does that mean Trainer, supporter, or stadium? Or just a regular trainer? Technically, Supporters and Stadiums are Trainers, but...
 
No PMJfan, you're absolutely horribly wrong.
The old cards were all trainer cards, so if back in the days it said you could search for a trainer card, then that would indeed mean you could get any of the 3. However, since Diamond&Pearl this has changed. If a card says to search for a Trainer card, it means Trainer card only. Tools are included here as they are in the trainer subgroup, but Stadiums and Supporters not.

It's good to want to help, but you shouldn't answer in a way suggesting you know if you don't know.

Technical Machines count as Trainers too.
