I have made a Pokemon Contest before but unfortunately I decided not to proceed as I have been busy but I have revived it and hopefully will run to the end. If this runs successfully I will make more contests and make them into series. Enough blabbing, time to introduce the rules and stuff.

The judging rubic

-Out of 100 (Per judge)
-Max. 40 points for The Pokemon and Pokedex detail
-Extra 20 in total for the extra infomation.

The theme

The theme is: Fire Pokemon Due Date: 25/7/09

Each week one person will be eliminated from the competition until it remains to a winner. The judges will vote via PM as I send them to them.

A side note: We need to think of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for this contest.

Say I can supply Prizes...& trophies (when my bro say's it's ok to do stuff)...other then that it'll have to be Wi-Fi.

Hey, just wondering, can it be a doodle that I colored in, or do I have to draw it on paint?
Also, can the preform of it be a Fighting type and then the Evo be Fighting/Fire?

Tier should not gain points. Tiers are only decided through testing and stuff, you can't just state its tier.
