OoC: Did level-ups! Do a little evolution scene if your pokemon can evolve, especially you aggie!

*Looks around*
"I should probably bring out one of my pokemon to."
*Throws pokeball. Cyndaquil appears. Cyndaquil starts to become covered in a blinding light.*
"Is Cyndaquil, evolving?"
*Cyndaquil evolves into Quilava*
"Yes! Finally!"

I agree. They seem to be everywhere. I have to wonder though what are they planing.

"They are everywhere. Maybe they are trying to take over one city at a time. If we were to go to the really small towns, they'd probably be taken over by now."

I'm not sure where their gonna srtike next but I do have an idea of where one of there bases might be.

No. I do remember that Team Magma and Aqua had their own bases. Magma's was at the Jagged Pass and Aqua's was just east of Lilycove City. So ROUGE must have some agents their.

OoC: No Kirlia and anyother Pokemon that evolve through a Stone can evolve at lv 30.

Well I could fly use their with Draco but that might attract some attention. I know my Pikachu can use Surf so we can cross the other side of Route 118. We can walk to Lilycove from there.

OoC: I never want Bulby to evolve, so every time he levels up, do I have to cancel the evolution?

OoC2: Tell me if everyone is there in character. There is more activity than I thought there would be!
EDIT: OoC: No Leafy. You can choose to evolve your pokemon. It is the person's responsibility to evolve their pokemon, not mine.
