Hmm. Looks pasted in - shading styles on the trainer and Pokemon/fakemon don't match.

Probably fake, but you never know.

it´s fake, because he has combinations of other Pokemons, but that is a most original fake, like kangaroo, dinosaur, and that cat, maybe it´s from the same autor

And one more thing why it´s fake, because that´s pokemon would´t be originaly with character inthere, first they must to do Pokemon alone, and then with something or with character, so that´s fake

I think it's fake...Looks way to much like Dratini.
Also, notice that the colour bleed for the trainer and the Pokemon is different. Effect of double JPG conversions. ;p

Just me though.
