I haven't played Pokemon TCG in a long time, I know how to play and all, but I'm confused with one thing. Are old cards still useable? Like ones from the Jungle Base set and 2nd gen pokemon, are they still useable in tournaments or are the diamond and pearl series allowed?

In September onwards, only DP-on cards are allowed in the tournament.
However, old cards are still usable for fun games.
