A problem with the forums.

I'm having a problem editing posts. Everytime I go to edit one of my posts the internet freezes. This happens on AOL and Internet Explorer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try Firefox. I know when I'm editing a large post, IE tends to slow down a lot for me. I know Firefox is better (according to everyone), but I usually stick with what I learned.

I use IE and I have no problems. Try full edit if you have to. The only problem I have with IE is typing up long stuff in new reply, new thread and full edit. That's when I use Firefox.

If you have too much text, it'll be slowed, if that's what you mean.

I would suggest refreshing your computer. No, not the Internet Browser, but refreshing your desktop. It helps sometimes by refreshing your desktop from time to time to prevent lagging or probably freezing from time to time.

You should also try other Internet Browsers like Firefox, or to a lesser extent - Opera Browser. I myself use IE, but I've never encountered any problems in the forums.
