Ruling a VERY important question about pokemon tools.

okey, i just noticed this, as you know, tool cards say "equip this to a pokemon that doesn't already has a tool attached." the entire meta is basically one tool per pokemon...

...HOWEVER the equip unowns (guard and quick) don't mention that part. does it mean i can, let's say, attach an energy gain to a pokemon, and then unown G and then the unown Q? sounds pretty broken but legal.
 
According to page 31 of the Rulebook, each Pokemon can only have 1 Pokemon Tool attached to it at a time. The text on the Trainer Pokemon Tool cards is there to remind you that you can't attach two Pokemon Tools to a single Pokemon.

Therefore, the answer is no.
