A winner of worlds that used wally's training

I've heard of some ppl saying that wally training lousy, wallys training not good, but heres the trivia

I was surfing around pokebeach and I just happened to go to the worlds 2005 deck list and saw that CURRAN HILL, champion of 10- group, used 3 wts in the deck.

Wally's Training is okay in some decks, sometimes it is preferable than Rare Candy and other search cards like Professor Elm's Method.

you know, jayh. that's because it was a T2 MEDICHAM ex deck. they didn't have petm then, so they needed to have something to use to get a cham if they didn't have one, so they used that. almost everyone playing a T2 deck back then, at least used 2. it was actually common.
