Strategy: Use Mamoswine and Abomasnow for hitting the bench and Uxie and Azelf for obvious reasons. Delibird is for draw power and Solrock and Lunatone are for defense. And use Spiritomb for Abomasnow and Mamoswine.

Whoa.... Ok, you need to focus on only one or two pokemon. If you're using water already, use Abomasnow SF. IMO, I think this card is much better than everything except maybe Mamo. Just clean up the list to not have as much clutter.

I think I can help out on the Pokemon line.

Delibird would be your drawpower, and you have two solid attackers, one in which keeps the damage on thanks to Lunatone and Solrock. Now the focus can be T/S/S.

You don't need 2 Solrock and 2 Lunatone, they will most likely stay out of your prizes, and you have Azelf just in case they do. You can add another Uxie and something else.

Now you play way too many Water energy. You can drop it to 9 Water, then have room for other helpful stuff, like BTS and Rare Candy. You can drop the Pokeball, Life Herb, and Black Belt for 3 Bebe's Search(this is needed in almost every deck). Then drop the Twins, Bench Shield, and Emcee's for 2 more Collector and a Seeker. Then drop the two Professor Elm for a Palmer's Contribution and Luxury Ball. Your list will look much more consistent.

{P} & {F} Energy? you plan on attacking with Lunatone/Solrock? lol. It's just a tech that sits on the bench preventing your solrock from being attacked be lvX's (namely Garchomp C lvX)/stopping your opponent from healing. If Lunatone/Solrock were to ever be active and attack then it's a sign you're in trouble. Also for Delibird to be an effective source as early game draw power then it would require at least 3 {W} energy on your field, but surely by that time Delibird would be KO'd. There are better starters.
