Absol Prime Triumphant

dmaster out.

Some people use it with Metagross SV (lowers all HP by 20) and Miasma Valley (Stadium that puts 2 damage counters on all played Basic Pokémon other than Grass and Psychic types) so that a Pokémon with 60 or less HP (except for Grass and Psychic, in which case 40) can't survive being benched. You can use it with some Crobat G, also. Since Absol has to be active, however, this deck doesn't work well if you see a lot of LostGar in your area (since you'll be using it to attack, if all goes well).

Personally I would consider running Kingdra Prime; a couple of those on the bench and the other player is REALLY on the clock. If you're teching stage 2s, Nidoqueen and soon Serperior become options (both together for a short while anyway) and that can hopefully keep your absol alive a little longer.

Now, is there a way to play Absol that focuses more on his attack than on his Power? 70 for 2 on a basic is by no means bad, and even if the side-effect means auto-loss to Gengar, I think it could be a fun league deck.

^ I played that. It works but remember to use absol as the main attacker. Use mew prime only later in the game. And to make use of absol s body you can add in 2-1-2 ampharos PL to shut down opponents poke powers (uxie will be useless).

Absol prime with Lucario CoL so You can get pokemon into the lost zone and do high damage with lucario

To be honest, I'm not a fan of Absol in Lucario simply because there are better starters out there. Relicanth CL, for example, lets you put one card from your hand and into the Lost Zone, and if you do, you draw three cards. While Relicanth doesn't have a Poke Body nor does Relicanth do damage, it can put Pokemon into the Lost Zone more easily (one Energy >>>> two Energy) and provides drawpower early in the game.

anybody ever think of trying to use it with Ampharos (PL) for some power locking?
