Strategy:
Why is Accelgor (FUF) good in this deck:
- His 1st attack "Raid" is awesome cuz it does 60 to the defending pokemon, it costs only 1 energy and you can use it the turn you evolve him from Shelmet.
- His second attack "Afterimage Strike" reminds me of Noivern (FUF), for just 2 energy he does 40 damage and you have half the chances he won't get hit during your opponent turn, which is awesome.
- The last thing is Accelgor has no retreat cost!

The concept is to begin with Shelmet as your active pokemon at turn 1 and have Bellsprout in your bench. During the next turn, evolve Shelmet to Accelgor and attack with Raid, you can also evolve Bellsprout into Victreebel if you have Rare Candy, otherwise evolve 1st to Weepinbell. The combo will be set at turn 3, cuz you can use Accelgor's Afterimage Strike and Poison/Confuse your opponent active pokemon. With this, your opponent must flip 2 coins to lend a successful attack ^^

I tested this deck on PTCGO and it works fine (lost against Camerupt-EX/Team Magma for now), but this deck is very effective against Medicham variants and Groudon-EX variants decks, well it's effective against -EX decks since I built it a little to counter them :)

RE: Accelgor/Victreebel

Since this deck relies on coin flips, I'd throw in 2 Victini LTR. It's Victory Star ability allows you to reflip your coins for your attacks.

-1 Switch
-1 Enhanced Hammer
+2 Victini LTR

Hope this helps,

How exactly does this deck rely on coin flips? I see that it relies on the opponent flipping badly, not you flipping well. Victini only allows you to reflip coin flips from your attacks, so it doesn't do a single thing here
