Hi guys! We're currently trying to find artists to help with banners we want to make to advertise some Pokemon activities we're planning for the front page. You would get an acknowledgment and credit for helping, obviously.
We want to make the banners last a long time, so these wouldn't be quick copy/pastes of stock artwork or anything - each banner would probably take a few hours of work with what we're expecting. Creativity is a must - we want people who can come up with clever ways to communicate the idea of the activity through the artwork they choose. We definitely want to use official artwork taken from across the franchise over fan artwork (such as cropped out images from cards, the anime, or official wallpapers). We've already come up with a basic "style" for how we want the banners to look, which we will of course show you, but you would need to brainstorm and research which artwork to use, get feedback from other staff members, put the banners together, get feedback from me, and continue to revise your work. Again, you need to be someone who not only can put a good banner together, but someone who is creative and can come up with a good idea for the banner (or lead others to come up with a good idea). We would be expecting you to pump out around one good banner every 1-2 days, so you must obviously have free time as well.
If you're interested at all in helping out, please send a PM to both me and Drohn. Thank you!
