Ruling Aerodactyl [Dark Explorers]

Hi guys,

I have a problem with wording… again.
Aerodactyl's ability states following:

“Your Pokémon's attacks do 10 more damage to the active Pokémon (before applying weakness and resistance).”

The problem is right there: … to the active Pokémon. Does it mean, it can be applied to your own Pokémon, if it is active? E.g. if Chansey is active, it does 40 damage to itself instead of 30?

Yes, just like plus power used to increase recoil damage from zekrom' bolt strike, aerodactyl will also increase recoil damage. However, muscle band does not.
