Afraid of Beartic? No worries, mate.

I've tested plently of games with/against it, and it has not had success. It doesn't really have a good matchup against anything besides straight donphan.

Guys, keep it down here. Before a flame war starts.

^^ Thank you, Gliscor.

Thedroneman1 stay on topic, or don't post. Okay?

The point of this was to show a way to counter Beartic, happy? I was hoping some people would come on here and talk about it, but you just burst in about something i said about Yanmega that was on topic.
You also brought up Mewtwo EX, and that's a different story from Beartic. If you wanna talk about it, PM me, just don't go off topic and rage about stuff.

Anyways, i agree. You shouldn't judge Beartic when it's barely even out yet.

And to those who say you can just Catcher up Dodrio, then you have a really bad Beartic build. It is supposed to be play with Vileplume and Judges so that you can disrupt them and not let them attack, but as i stated, Dodrio can help you with that.

You know what? I will. It's actually shocking how serious this is. It's actually shocking that some people feel that a Jirachi engine(which requires flips, getting stuff into the discard and shaymins all in your opening hand is easy) is better than a ZPS engine(ya know, something that's been proven to consistently work?). If I continued, this would really just light up.

No no no. You don't understand, bro.
I don't remember saying that MJS is going to be better then ZPS. I said it could be. You take things too seriously.
You mad, bro?

I'm not talking about you. I'm not mad. I am, however, thoroughly impressed at some fine trolling that has occurred in this thread.

MegaZone can play a lot of trainers because it doesn't play Vileplume, Magnezone gives MegaZone draw which BearPlume doesn't have, and Yanmega does 70 for 0 while Beartic does 50 for 3. Huge difference.

O_O Your telling me that MegaZone gets set up T1? I'm talking about how a stage 2 and stage 1 can get set up T2 all the time so how does it stop BearPlume from doing that? Heck I'm sure that you could set it up T2 just using supporters...

Also I'm not trolling Thedrone1man...I think that both decks have some kind of potential...

Ok, there is no way the Jirachi thing is better than ZPS, but this is a Beartic thread. Who wants to have a polite logic based conversation about Beartic?

This is the only thing Beartic has a good matchup against. Donphan, and maybe Donphan Dragons. Nothing else.

I really don't think Beartic is really gonna be that big of a threat in the meta. Will people attempt to pull it off? Of course they well, I just think in the end it will just fail. The logic and idea behind him is good, but theres always ways around it.

bearplume will have to have a backup plan of mismagius (poltergeist) cuz beartic will be revenge killed. Or possibly stalled out with celebi prime.

I don't think Ty ever said T1 set-up..

Yanmega can attack for 0 energy while beartic, at best, needs 2.
Magnezone can help set-up with the power while vileplume can't do anything but lock.
Megazone can play more trainers while bearplume can not.

The deck isn't necessarily bad, it's just not as good in comparison to other decks. 50 for 2 is pretty bad, you have to admit
