You are right I am interested in Uxie. However, the only thing I saw on your wants list was Glaceon Lv.X.
I would only trade the Glaceon Lv.X if another Level.X was involved or it was an extremely sweet deal (rarely happens).

If there is anything I can offer for the Uxie LMK.

Sorry I don't think I have any of those extra to trade. I also can't trade the Glaceon Lv.X for the Infernape 4 Lv.X

However, I am very interested in your Gengar Lv.X
What would you want for it?

All the other Level X's are high value, including the Glaceon. Let me put it this way.

A leafeon Lv.X is valued at a little over $30
A Glaceon Lv.X is valued a little under $30 (at least to me it is)

The Giratina is valued at around $6 because I can get it from a tin. I am also interested only in the Gengar with "curse" from PA, I doubt you have 3 of those.

So the only thing I see in that deal is the uxie and expert belt.

I could definitely trade the Glaceon Lv.X if you get any LvX on my wants

Well I don't want to force you to trade for Low Xs. I would gladly trade the High Xs to you. LMK if you do get that Sally X. I could trade high for that.

I could offer only the Heatran Lv.X, as the Azelf is already involved in a trade.
I advise you to not be hasty and give it some time. Trust me, a little wait time goes a long way for trading.
