How about instead of the expert belt, just add 2x Level Max ?

Actually I am having second thoughts on this trade. I just noticed that Gengar is priced at 30+. While both Infernape 4 Lv.X and Cresselia Lv.X are priced at 20+ each

I would trade the Floatzel Lv.X for the Cresselia Lv.X, but I could throw in a Uxie if the Leafeon was being traded for.
I wouldn't want to trade the Uxies for the Cresselia. Since I already have one.

Yes, I know this is what it looked like. I was saying that I would rather trade the FloatzelX and TGIs for the Cresselia. Also, if the LeafeonX was considered then I would throw in the Uxie to sweeten it up.
