Yes that you are correct. You can make an offer but I will tell you now. I am thinking about holding on to the Flygon until HGSS comes out in the U.S.

TO Everyone else. I have traded the Cresselia Lv.X and others for some Silver Pikachu Sleeves. That means the Weekly Special has been modified and is now 2x Rare Candy.
