All 33 “Ruler of the Black Flame” Secret Rares!

Eiscue just had an IR in Paldea Evolved, now an SIR in Obsidian Flames.
I'm surprised that there isn't a card of Mela in this set, since she's the fire-type Team Star leader. She totally fits the "Black Flame" vibes.
So for me, these are what I will be going for and where I personally rate them:
Most Wanted:
Gloom, Ninetails, Palafin, Cleffa, Houndour, Scizor
Want:
Larvitar, Lechonk, Varoom SIR
Overall, at least the set had something I wanted to add to my collection!

I can’t explain it, but Gloom is giving me so old school Jungle set vibes…
Don't know if that'll be the gimmick, considering we already have seen Paradox Pokémon in Great Tusk and Iron Treads ex
Three set's into Gen 9 and still no Ceruledge spotlight even though it's one of the most popular pokemon from Gen 9. This set's theme also fits it perfectly but nope?
1) 151 is a special set so doesn't follow normal rules
2) Ttar is nowhere near as iconic or popular as Zard. If they're going to break rules it's only ever going to be Zard or Pikachu, let's be honest
People have given other examples like Eiscue (Paldea Evolved IR, Obsidian Flames SIR), so my point still stands
there is no rule preventing it, and it's not just "Zard or Pikachu",
