Jirachi is actually going to be sick. I could see a counter deck with Hisuian Goodra (LO), Manaphy, Mimikyu (LESSGOO), & Jirachi. Basically, you say no to all attacks and then u slowly kill them. Not much setup at all and not to mention, pretty easy to build considering the fact that it's a budget deck.
