Because it was part of the main game and this DLC and fits it theme. Also the AR is among the strongest in SV era. So yeah.

We didn't need another Revavroom ex.The one we already have was enough and it's not even bad.
Scarlet and Violet sets like to reprint exes of the same Pokémon over and over.
 
Pokemon reprinting the same Pokemon over and over throughout the same generation has been an issue since like... Gen 5. Which incidentally was also the exact point where PCL stopped even trying to include every Pokemon/form within a single generation.
 
Funny how if you flip a prize card with Crescent Purge and it’s a basic Pokémon, You’ve negated your ability to hisuian heavy ball it.
 
Bewear always freaks me out since its Pokemon Snap appeareance lol.

Really like Houndoom and the Hypno from Pokemon 151. Still need to complete that set lol.
