How is Espeon ex's Amethyst attack worth it? Espeon
EX from BreakPoint could devolve each of your opponent's Pokémon and put them back into your opponent's hand for a single Colorless Energy... on a basic... meaning you're having to evolve a Pokémon and attach two other Energy cards to get close to the same effect, but the cards get shuffled in. Espeon EX was great as a tech in spread decks, for which purpose this Espeon ex is unplayable, so I guess the added expense and convolution is justified because Pokémon thinks it will disrupt your opponent's board beyond their ability to set up again?... I'm just not seeing it.
(As of right now, only Espeon ex, Vaporeon ex, Jolteon ex, and the previously revealed Flareon ex and Eevee ex are translated
