All McDonald’s 2024 Pokemon Cards Revealed, But Still No Sign of U.S. Release!

Silver borders are a mistake except on Holo cards. And before any of you guys with severe autism tells me that they do it in Japan and it looks fine it's a different color silver
I don’t know dude. I don’t think it looks too bad and my people with other opinions aren’t severely autistic

just like the sanrio x yugioh Collab, if you sell them in the US early, then you don't get the benefit of having tons of people buy 30 happy meals trying to find the one chase toy that the U.S. collectors will buy

Laser eclair 🥵🥵🥵
If I catch you eating the most broken Ace Spec in the game at my local McDonalds, I will serve you a Flamethrower-fil-a sandwich free of charge, and once I have reconditioned you to fish-fil-a sandwich standards--
*Charmander used Bite!*

Someone with high functioning autism and ADHD here, and for what it's worth, I think the most beautiful silver card borders I've seen were the ones on the cards from my 2016 Worlds Jesper Eriksen souvenir deck. I also miss yellow borders despite having long admired silver ones, simply because of how iconic and recognizable and... well... Pokémony they were. Take any part of this paragraph as you will.

"Guys I don't think Pokémon cards are meant to be aesthetically pleasing." - you
your opinion of what is and is not aesthetically pleasing means about as much as mine does. maybe less, considering i don't claim to speak for anyone but myself out of some sort of inflated sense of self-importance.

the way i see it, the flat yellow was not particularly aesthetically pleasing and the more neutral silver suits more card frames than the old borders did. change really isn't the end of the world and there's no need to flail around trying to make anybody who disagrees with you appear particularly deranged for that difference in opinion when that opinion is "liking silver card borders more or less than yellow"

Yellow borders are iconic

are you talking about the white borders Japanese cards had at times? right now they're the same color

I wonder if sonic movie 3-themed happy meals in the usa will be coming after pet simulator's stint in usa happy meals ends later this month, and in process, pushing this year's US rendition of pokemon happy meals to 2025..

If the new promo doesn't come stateside before chinese new year passes, expect the english version to become UK-exclusive and skip the USA... :(
