alph lithograph and about it

IDK rarity but one eBay
Shiny Gyarados=15 dollars
Alph Lithograph=35 dollars
So about 1 a box on Gyarados, 1 every 2.5 boxes is Alph Lithograph based on prices, just a guess BTW.
 
The person sitting next to me pulled a Gyarados thing and the person across from me pulled the Alph Lithograph. I think there were one or two other Gyarados and none or one other Alph Lithographs. And all I got were three playable primes. ;p I'm not sure how many boxes we opened but it was probably 4-6, confirming the one per box thing.

Also, I can't imagine why I'd want to run a card that just lets me look at my opponent's hand when I could be running a consistency supporter that can get me a few cards when I lose Claydol and lets me disrupt my opponent's hand and give them a new one if they don't have a lot of t/s/s.
 
IDK either but I guess if you don't want to use a supporter it's a good alternative, it's also my favorite card of the set(if you feel it it sorta feels like braille)
 
there were 2 at my PR, but there were also 53 people, and assuming everyone got all 8 packs, that makes for 11.78 boxes
 
You guys can't just assume that you were the only one to pull a card. Theres so many people there and alot of them get good cards and tuck them away in a safe place so they don't get stolen.
 
I gave someone a piece of Lugia for it, I thought it was a nice trade. Didn't know it would be this rare, though. Good thing its uses are quite limited.

lol that's what I usually do because people will bug you for that card :p

What's so special about Alph Lithograph anyway besides it rarity? It isn't really useful in any way.
 
I don't know about the rarity of the cards but I know that the Gyra can be pulled as a reverse holo, I got it and Typhlosion prime in the same pack.

One Alph Lithograph was pulled out of 5 boxes on Sunday at my prerelease.

@Weavile: Collectors such as myself need them to complete sets. Gengar decks could use the card effectively to know if Poltergeist or Shadow Room should be used.

i pulled 2 shining gyarados in my 6 packs and 1 was reverse holo. i traded them both to my TO for a blissey prime.
idk if it was supposed to be RH or not
 
if everyone would read a lot of the previous posts you can see that there is no TRUE rarity because out of 64 packs my family got 3 alph lithograph 2 gator prime,2 blissey prime,1 amphy prime,3 meganium prime,2 typhloshin prime,1 full lugia,1full ho oh,1 top lugia,and 1 top ho oh and every card in the set exept arcanine,furret and donphan prime. i know i was going off subject sorry. but if you could read the previous posts and come up with your own ratio for the secret rares in this set,and on friday i will view the posts and round them out to a so called true rarity.

ok, i went 2 a pre-release tournament and we went through 400+ boosters, but i was the only 1 who got the lithograph. i pulled the lithograph and meganium prime in the same pack. i also traded for a reverse red gyarados and pulled a typhlosion prime. I COULDNT USE ANY OF THE PRIMES BECAUSE I DIDNT GET ANY OF THE 1ST FORMS THOUGH! :(

those thing are going into empoleon x decks for sure.
 
Ummm how the heck do you know that you were the only one that got one? With over 400 packs that got to be getting close to 40 people.
 
if you could please post the amount that you think the ratio is that would be great :D.
 
6-7 boxes. 2 Alph lithograph, and 3 or 4 red gyarados.
So I think 1 in 3 boxes for Alph and 1 in 2 boxes for gyarados.
 
I got the only alph Lithograph of everyone there.
I think it was about three boxes we opened.
And i also got a Ampharos prime!
