Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a

Pokémon and put it onto your Bench. Then, shuffle your deck.
Cotton Guard
コットンガード
30
During your opponent's next turn, this Pokémon takes 30 less damage from attacks.

Strategy here is to use Altaria to assemble an army of evolved Dragon-type Pokémon on your bench. The main attackers here are Haxorus, Garchomp and Noivern-GX.

OOoo, Altaria looks like a lot of fun. I wonder; it should be able to put a Mega or BREAK Pokemon straight onto the bench, right? In fact, because you're not Evolving into a Mega you wouldn't even lose your attack...
I'm probably most interested in Hydriegon BREAK though; maybe just cheat-bench multiple Hydriegon(Phantom Forces) to make sure you can pay for Calamity Blast, then you can either play Hydriegon BREAK from hand or cheat it out as well. Different focus than your toolbox, just thinking up ideas.

Other toolbox Dragons could include Salamance[DV], with Scornful Storm to limit their hand, and Haxorus[PB], to own any Team Plasma deck, though I guess that's not a common match-up.
Also Mega Rayquaza(RS) can tank using it's Ancient Trait against the main 4 types; unfortunately the attack is not something you can afford.

Apart from that I would be tempted to run 2 of the DEX Altaria for extra damage; not sure how it affects consistency, though. I wonder if you even need 4x Swablu; it's unfortunately fragile and you can cheat Altaria off of another Altaria. Can substitute Oranguru, perhaps, or a prevolution of a Stage 1 so you have more options.
I do wonder if you might benefit from Hard Charm or something defensive; with Dragon Dance active Haxorus hits so hard that I don't see it needing extra damage...
