Alternate Fan-Made Pokemon Games

Does anyone play fan made pokemon games?

For those who don't know what I'm talking about they're usually Hacks of Pokemon Emerald or Fire Red rebranded to include up to 5th generation pokemon, with different storylines.

A couple of the really popular ones are Pokemon Light Platinum, Flora Sky, Victory Fire, Reborn, Shiny Gold.

Curious if anyone else plays these, I play these over the old games because they're pretty refreshing.

I have light platinum on my phone, it's very good especially when I'm bored in a waiting room for something, best part is they're free!

I had been meaning to put a game on my tablet for when I commute, that'd be pretty fun actually.

Is Light Platinum your first?
 
Yea, it's quite enjoyable and as said in my other post, it can keep you busy when bored. It is my first non-official Pokemon game and I like it a lot :D
 
I play LC (Liquid crystal). The rom hack has been around for years, (I think) since around 2007. It's a really fun hack to play.

Yeah I played that one, I think they actually keep it pretty updated with material so thats pretty cool.
 
I got quite a bit, actually. I find fun seeing how a lot of people extend the games. I like the Pokémon Ruby Destiny series, Pokémon Snakewood, and Pokémon Ash Grey. There is even a recreation of the Pokémon Gold beta! I have a lot of hacks, myself, though I never actually made one.
 
I played Blaze Black once. It's a neat concept, but I couldn't finish it because it was overstuffed with Pokemon to the point where individual Pokemon were rare, and the gym battles were really hard (and even after putting all kinds of Fire, Flying, and Rock types on my team, I still couldn't figure out how to beat Burgh).
